Responsibilities: · Responsible for reserve determination and economic evaluation for all Company properties and prospects · Responsible for maintaining Company reserve data base for properties in Texas, Colorado and Wyoming · Responsible for performing reservoir engineering studies including field studies for primary or secondary recovery, volumetrics, decline curve analysis, material balance, etc. · Responsible for representing the Company to third party reservoir engineering and evaluation consultants · Responsible for working with internal teams of drilling, geology, and land to bring new wells into production or further develop existing producing properties
Qualifications: · 10-15 years experience in reservoir engineering with an emphasis on reserve determination and economics · Expert ARIES user who is also proficient with PI Dwights, Drilling Info, PETRA, etc. · Experience performing year-end reserve estimates for SEC reporting · Experience with acquisitions and divestitures · Ability to add value through identifying drilling prospects, behind pipe reserves, etc. · Strong networker – able to develop and maintain existing relationships with consultants, etc.

Some duties will include dealing with external entities to specify, bid and procure; respond to Regulatory requests; brief and recommend budgets and solutions to management. Responsibilities: · Perform process simulations design on cryogenic, refrigeration and related process equipment · Design of process equipment and compressor/dehydration systems. Includes the evaluation of different scenarios to determine the best solution and will include sizing of all components such as: o MAOP calculations/hydrostatic test pressures. o Relieve/Control valve sizing. o Meter run sizing. o Pressure drop calculations for pipelines and modeling of systems. o Compressor sizing. o ASME product design and validation. · Prepare capital and operating expense cost estimates for new projects. · Optimization of company assets.
